Conditions
· All packages are based on groups of 5 or more people max 10.
· All retreats are fully catered
· ALL Sleeping Linen Pillows & Blankets are supplied
· Full Weekend Participants must be at least 16 year old, younger full weekend participants must be accompanied by an adult/caregiver.
· A non-refundable Booking Fee ($10.00) & Deposit ($30.00) per person (total $40.00) to be paid on booking of Day/ Weekend pass
· This deposit secures your place/group at Twilight 2 Twilight. Your dates will not be reserved until the deposit is paid in full.
· Balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat. If balance is not received 30 days prior to the retreat, your reservation may be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Payments in full cannot be refunded but can be used to book a future date/retreat.
· Reservation cancelled before 60 days of the retreat date are eligible for a full refund of deposit of $30.00.
· If you cancel your weekend with less than 60 days notice you forfeit your deposit.
· If for some reason you must cancel your reservation at the last minute, your collected money may be transferred to another date.
· Arrival time cannot be earlier than 5pm unless previous arranged with owner; departure time cannot be later than 4pm unless previously arranged with owner.
Please understand that a lot of time and preparation goes into preparing for your visit including mailings, phone calls, shopping and meal preparation.
